Accessing the Secure BusinessHub network implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Engagement. These terms govern the usage of all intelligence, tools, and research assets provided by our fractional CISO team.

1. Technical Advisory Disclaimer

All content provided on Secure BusinessHub is for educational and strategic planning purposes only. While our fractional CISOs follow industry best practices, the cybersecurity landscape is dynamic and unpredictable. No security protocol can guarantee 100% protection against zero-day exploits or determined state-sponsored actors. Implementation of our recommendations is at the user discretion and risk.

2. Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Secure BusinessHub network or its research for the following:

  • Offensive Operations: Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our network or any other network without explicit authorization.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or extract proprietary security logic from our toolkits.
  • Unauthorized Redissemination: Commercial sale or bulk scraping of our threat reports without prior written consent.

Secure BusinessHub, its founders, and contributors shall not be held liable for any data breaches, financial losses, or operational downtime occurring in systems where our guides have been applied. We provide the "armor," but the user is responsible for the overall defense of their perimeter.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarragona, Spain.
